Strawberry Shortcake


  • 1 pkg. Strawberries
  • 1 cup Half & Half
  • 3-4 tbs. Sugar


  • Medium Size Bowl w/Lid
  • Fruit/Vegetable Masher
  • Sharp knife
  • Spoon

What To Do:

  • Wash all strawberries
  • Cut off tops and remove core
  • Smash approximately half the strawberries
  • Add Half & Half & Sugar
  • Blend together until sugar is dissolved
  • Refrigerate for one hour
  • Pour over desired cake/biscuit
  • Slice up remaining Strawberries & use them on top
